Description
Lightly crispy outer edge, perfectly done whites, and a yolk that will meet you anywhere you want to be. Do you like sunny side up, over easy, over medium, or over hard? The world is your oyster when it comes to fried eggs. They truly are delicious for breakfast, no doubt! But the beautiful thing about fried eggs is adding them to many other meals any time of the day.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Butter, or oil of your choice for cooking
- Seasonings of your choice
Instructions
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, the Perfect Pan cooks fried eggs very well due to its excellent ceramic coating and heating technology
- Add butter to the pan, I use about 1 Tbs for every 2 eggs to prevent any sticking and for flavor plus texture of the egg whites
- Crack each egg into its own small cup, the size of a custard cup
- When the pan is heated well gently slide each egg into the pan, into its own section. The Perfect Pan will cook about 3 eggs at one time.
- Set your time for 3-4 mins, this may depend on your stovetop or preference.Â
- If you like sunny side up then remove the eggs from the pan now. Use a very thin edged spatula to carefully scoop out the eggs while leaving the yolks intact. Make sure the spatula is non-stick as well so it doesn’t mar the pans cooking surface.
- If you or your family/friends want a slightly different type of yolk then make your adaptations here. You can flip them gently and begin cooking them for an additional minute for over easy or 2 minutes for over medium
- For over hard, I place the lid on the pan after I have timed them for 3 minutes and remove it from the heat for 1-2 mins. The steam can also harden the yolk, plus you get some lightly crispy edges on the egg whites.
