- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1–2 Tbsp Mexican Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Add the chicken thighs, spaced about 1 inch apart
- Sprinkle the suggested seasonings liberally across all of the chicken thighs, onion, garlic, paprika, then Mexican Seasoning Blend
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly across all chicken thighs

Notes
I bake for longer than 45 mins. If the chicken thighs are still a tiny bit frozen, I add them to the oven as it’s preheating then I cook them for 60 mins total. I love a little crisp! So, it’s up to you to decide how you love your chicken.Â
I get my Mexican Seasoning Blend from Whole Foods because it’s tasty and goes with a lot of dishes. Plus there are zero additives and sugar added. I don’t eat any seasonings with non-caking agents, preservatives, or added sugars. They have been shown to irritate the gut lining.Â
